To provide 24 hour homeless outreach services, a client choice food distribution center, computer lab and resource center, drop-in center, a mobile case management unit and over 300 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless and low income populations.

WHO WE ARE : Vision of Hope (VOH) was established in 1992 as House of Prayer Gospel Outreach Ministries becoming a 501 c3 non-profit in 2002. For the past 20 years, we have provided direct care services to homeless and low-income individuals in San Bernardino County. Vision of Hope has provided services to over 7,000 individual residents in the Inland Empire, including Fontana, Rialto, Colton, San Bernardino, and areas of the High Desert.
WHAT WE DO; VISION OF HOPE is a multi-service faith based organization that provides supportive services, community outreach and permanent supportive housing to homeless and under served populations in San Bernardino County. Vision of Hope possesses a long standing, demonstrated history of providing progressive, person centered services and supports for people in need with a passion to help and the faith to believe.
WHO WE SERVE:
VISION OF HOPE has continued to provide supportive services and food security to persons who experience economic and/or cultural disparities including being; low-income, low social economic status, ex-offenders, alcoholics & drug addicts. Each year we offer comprehensive services and get increasing results.
Vision of Hope Project addresses the needs of its low-income citizens for better access to healthy food, preventing hunger, and providing basic need items through building self reliance and by helping increase community members awareness of community resources and entitlement programs.
FOUNDING ORGANIZATION:
VISION OF HOPE was created as House of Prayer Gospel Outreach Ministries in June 2001. VISION OF HOPE is the legal DBA-Doing Business As or Also Know As name for the corporation. The agency is listed with the state of California and the IRS under its given designation of House of Prayer Gospel Outreach Ministries as a nonprofit corporation, 501(c)3. Donations may be made and or accepted in the name of Vision of Hope or House of Prayer Gospel Outreach Ministries.
