Vision of Hope and it's Hope For Heroes programs give hope to those veterans who have fallen upon hard times and been forced to live on the streets, in their cars, or moved from shelter to shelter. We offer them case management services to help them become aware of the benefits available to the as well as to provide them with the support they need. We also provide them with fully furnished housing with subsidised rent to help them get back onto their feet onto the path of self sufficiency and independence. Your donations will help us to continue furnishing homes and also make sure that our vets have everything they need to call their house a home from the moment they step foot in the door.
